Privacy Policy

Xenocide-RPG.com has created this Privacy Policy in order to ensure the protection of our user data.

Information logged by our servers:

Account Information - This includes your login, password, email address, login times, and IP (used only if we need to block you from the website). This information is stored in a secure database within our own server. We do not share our data with anyone.

Cookies - Cookies use an MD5 hash with salt containing session information to determine who you are, and allow you access to your account. All sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity, but will be automatically renewed if cookies are enabled on your browser. Xenocide-RPG.com does not collect or store any other information via cookies.

Links posted on Xenocide-RPG.com may or may not be safe, and therefore may collect information from you and/or your computer. We are not responsible for their actions, or for the information collected from their sites.

We have done our best to ensure that no explicit content is displayed from the ads generated by Google, AdBrite, and PayPopup, but we know there is no guarantee. Therefore, we take no responsibility in the content displayed in those ads.

Game Policies

Xenocide administrators have the right to suspend or delete any player at any time for any or no reason.

The use of proxies to gain soldiers is prohibited and will lead to suspension and/or deletion of accounts.

The use of multiple accounts is prohibited. The severity of the penalty will rely on the severity of the case. It could be anywhere from a moderate suspension to a deletion of the account.

Inappropriate content is not tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, pornographic content, excessive use of inappropriate language, or any comments that discriminate based on race, sex, religion, heritage, or age. Such content will be removed immediately and the offending user will suffer a penalty. Repeated violations may result in deletion.

Programs that directly interact with the site in any way are strictly prohibited. This is a game, and we expect all members to play it themselves; use of a program to aid you is considered cheating. Use of such programs (ie. auto-attackers, auto-bankers, auto-messagers) will result in suspension and possibly placement of measures to block such programs, like the current image verification.

Attempting to gain access to any system or account without permission (ie. hacking) is forbidden. This includes logging into someone else's account without their consent, as well as attempting to gain access to the server or other site resources. Offenses will result in deletion and possibly IP ban.

Taking over or trading accounts with other players is generally not allowed. If you wish to take over a friend's account or trade with another player, contact an administrator so it can be done in a safe and fair fashion.

Spamming is forbidden on Xenocide-RPG.com. This includes unnecessary/useless posts in the forums, as well as flooding the forums with posts. Also, mass-messaging, mass-emailing, or mass-posting on the chat page is against the rules. Posting your recruit link and/or links for other games on our forums is prohibited and violators will be punished.

Spamming of your recruit link for this game on other forums or message boards is prohibited, but the administrators of this site can take no responsibility for such actions.

Donation Policies

There should be no problems with donators who follow the rules. However, to ensure no problems arise, we've added this donation policy.

If at any time, a user who has donated any sum of money, no matter how large or small the denomination, is rightfully suspended, banned, or deleted, that user shall not receive a refund. We feel this is a necessary action to take to keep the game fair.

There should be no problem whatsoever as long as no one as cheating. However, we know this world isn't perfect and we are not ignorant enough to think that no one will cheat. We hope that you aren't one of them.

Due to the PayPal service fee, we've decided to make a minimum donation amount for points of $1.00. Any donations under this amount are still accepted, however your account will not be credited with any points. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Remember: purchasing XenoPoints entitle you to the points. If anything ever happens to Xenocide (hopefully this isn't the case), we cannot guarantee that points will be carried over. No refunds are given. We'll do everything in our power to keep things fair and keep everyone happy, but if the case arises, the power of your XenoPoints may be reduced and/or removed.

Sell Real Stuff (forum) Policies

Please be aware that Xenocide takes no responsibility for any transactions made as a result of an item being sold over our forums. To encourage anonymity, we recommend doing transactions over PayPal. Please use common sense, or don't use the Sell Real Stuff forum at all.
